Age and Customer Eligibility Policy

Vertex BioLabs restricts access and sales to customers who satisfy our age, identity, legal, and research-purpose requirements.

Customers must be at least 21 years old to create a purchasing account or place an order.

By creating an account or completing a purchase, the customer certifies that the customer is at least 21 years old and legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement.

Vertex BioLabs may request age or identity verification before approving an account or order.

Products may be purchased only for lawful laboratory, analytical, educational, or scientific research. Eligible customers may include:

• •Qualified independent researchers
• •Commercial laboratories
• •Universities and educational institutions
• •Research organizations
• •Biotechnology or analytical organizations
• •Other customers able to demonstrate a legitimate and lawful research purpose

Approval is not guaranteed merely because a person creates an account.

Before account registration is completed, customers must affirm:

“I certify that I am at least 21 years old and that any products I purchase will be used only for lawful laboratory or scientific research. I understand that Vertex BioLabs products are not intended for human or animal consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, or other clinical use.”

Before every checkout is completed, customers must affirm a second acknowledgment:

“I have reviewed and agree to the Research Use Only Disclaimer, Age and Customer Eligibility Policy, Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy. I confirm that this order is for lawful research use only.”

Vertex BioLabs may reject or cancel an account or transaction involving:

• •A customer under 21
• •False or unverifiable information
• •Suspected human or animal use
• •Requests for dosage, injection, administration, or treatment guidance
• •Purchases intended for unauthorized resale
• •Fraud, chargeback abuse, sanctions, or prohibited jurisdictions
• •Conduct that violates a company policy or applicable law
• •Attempts to bypass account, quantity, location, or payment restrictions

We may request reasonable documentation to confirm:

• •Identity
• •Age
• •Billing or shipping information
• •Organization or institutional affiliation
• •Intended research purpose
• •Authority to purchase for an organization
• •Legal eligibility in the applicable jurisdiction

Failure to provide requested verification may result in account suspension or order cancellation.

Customers are responsible for:

• •Keeping login credentials secure
• •Providing accurate information
• •Preventing unauthorized account use
• •Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access
• •Ensuring all persons accessing purchased products are properly trained and authorized
