Shipping Policy

Order Processing
- •Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
- •Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may begin processing the following business day.
- •Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Free U.S. Shipping
Vertex BioLabs proudly offers FREE Standard Shipping on all qualifying orders shipped within the United States.
Estimated delivery time after shipment:
- •Processing: 1–2 business days
- •Transit: 2–5 business days
- •Estimated total delivery: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. All orders are shipped in discreet, secure packaging.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Vertex BioLabs is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses entered during checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a shipment has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is controlled by that carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will gladly assist with filing a carrier investigation.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:

- •Keep all packaging materials.
- •Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
