Editorial Policy
The Vertex BioLabs Knowledge Center exists to make peptide and research-compound science clear, accurate, and honestly framed. This policy explains how our content is created and the standards every article must meet before it is published.
Purpose & Scope
All Knowledge Center content is educational and scientific in nature. It describes what published research reports about the mechanisms, history, and laboratory context of research compounds. It is never medical advice, a treatment protocol, or an endorsement of any compound for human or animal use.
Accuracy & Sourcing
Claims about compound activity are grounded in the published scientific literature and cited with direct links to PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov, or a DOI wherever possible. Where evidence is preliminary, limited to in-vitro or animal models, or contested, we say so plainly rather than overstating certainty.
Compliance Standards
Every article is checked — automatically on save and again during human review — for language that would imply a compound cures, treats, diagnoses, or prevents disease, or that provides human dosing guidance. Flagged content cannot be published until it is revised to remove such claims. This keeps education clearly separated from any suggestion of clinical use.
AI Assistance & Human Oversight
We use AI tools to help draft and structure content, but no AI-generated draft is ever published automatically. Every AI draft is forced into a review state and must be read, corrected, and approved by a human editor before it can go live.
Corrections & Updates
Articles show a last-updated date. When new research changes the picture, or an error is identified, we revise the content and update that date. To report an inaccuracy, contact us through the site's contact page.
