Review Process
Nothing reaches the public Knowledge Center without passing through a defined review workflow. This is how a piece of content moves from draft to published.
1. Draft
Content starts as a draft — written by an editor or produced with AI assistance. Drafts are private and never appear on the public site. AI-assisted drafts are automatically marked as such and locked into the review stage.
2. Compliance Scan
On every save, a deterministic scanner checks the full article — intro, sections, and FAQs — for disease, treatment, cure, prevention, and human-dosing language. Any match is flagged with the exact term and location so the editor can address it.
3. Human Review
An editor reads the draft for scientific accuracy, sourcing, clarity, and tone, verifies that citations resolve to real sources, and resolves every compliance flag. This step is mandatory — there is no automatic path to publication.
4. Publish Gate
An article can only be published when it has zero outstanding compliance flags. If any flag remains, the system refuses to publish it until the issue is resolved. This gate is enforced on the server, not just in the interface.
5. Maintenance
Published articles are revisited as the literature evolves. Updates re-enter the same compliance scan and carry a refreshed last-updated date so readers always know how current the content is.
